INTERIM PRESIDENT & CEO OF THE GREATER MEMPHIS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Beverly C. Robertson is currently the Interim President of the Greater Memphis Chamber, principal of TRUST Marketing, and recently retired President of the National Civil Rights Museum. She has amassed over 30 years of experience in Public/Community Relations, Communications, Strategic Planning and Research.
Working with TRUST since 1992, she has been responsible for landing such national accounts as the Promus Companies, Holiday Inn Worldwide, Midas International, Merrill Lynch, just to name a few. Other major accounts involve the City of Memphis, Shelby County Government, The LeMoyne-Owen College, Memphis Area Transit Authority and a number of efforts involving grassroots and community-building initiatives.
During her tenure at the National Civil Rights Museum (NCRM), Beverly raised $43M, which included the completion of an expansion of the Museum ($11M) and a capital and endowment campaign ($32M). In 2010, NCRM received recognition as one of the top ten national treasures by USA Today.
